Frozen meat slicing machine cuts frozen meat directly. No freezing is needed in the process of processing, which saves the slow-down time of frozen meat and prevents meat pollution caused by slow-down. It is mostly used in meat processing enterprises. Today, here comes how the frozen meat slicer works.
1、要翻開電源指示燈下方的開關。
1. First turn on the switch under the power indicator.
2、因為只要把氣缸護罩和前門關好機器才可以正常啟動，所以我們在運用之前需進行檢查。
2. As long as the cylinder shield and front door are closed, the machine can start normally, so we need to check before using.
3、按下啟動按鈕，切開滾筒開始旋轉并接通一切電器和氣動控制。
3. Press the startup button, cut the drum and start to rotate. Connect all electrical appliances and pneumatic control.
4、將把需要加工的凍肉平整面向下放進料道內，然后按下進料按鈕，推料器開始推著肉塊向前移動，一起進行切開。
4. The frozen meat to be processed will be leveled to the lower feeding channel, then press the feeding button, and the pusher will start pushing the meat pieces forward to cut together.
5、依據自身條件調整計時器，推料器可主動推料及退回。
5. By adjusting the timer according to its own conditions, the pusher can actively push and return the material.
6、推料器的速度可用位于機器后部的節流閥2調整，但是進給的速度不能過快。
6. The speed of the pusher can be adjusted by throttle valve 2 located at the back of the machine, but the feed speed can not be too fast.
7、要徹底中止機器可按下中止按鈕，機器將徹底中止。機器中止后不要當即翻開頂蓋及前門，應等切開滾筒徹底中止后才干翻開。
7. To stop the machine completely, press the stop button, and the machine will stop completely. Don't open the top cover and front door immediately after the machine stops. Don't open it until the cutting drum stops completely.
