凍肉切塊機(jī)操作注意事項(xiàng)

1、嚴(yán)格遵守個(gè)人衛(wèi)生制度及車間衛(wèi)生要求,開機(jī)前認(rèn)真執(zhí)行用對(duì)設(shè)備、工作臺(tái)面、容器等進(jìn)行的清洗。
1. Strictly abide by the personal hygiene system and workshop hygiene requirements. Carefully clean the equipment, workbench surface and containers before starting the machine.
2、開機(jī)前將清洗干凈的接料容器放置在凍肉切塊機(jī)出料口正下方。

3、啟動(dòng)切刀按鈕,觀察設(shè)備空車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常,如有異常應(yīng)立即停機(jī)并向班長(zhǎng)匯報(bào)。

4、在設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)下,將外包裝去除干凈的凍肉放置在切割機(jī)平臺(tái)上讓其自動(dòng)下滑切刀處進(jìn)行切割。如連續(xù)切割只需將凍肉連續(xù)放置在平臺(tái)上即可。
4. Under the normal operation of the equipment, put the clean frozen meat on the cutting machine platform and let it slide down to the cutter for cutting. For continuous cutting, only frozen meat can be placed on the platform continuously.
5、設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下,如有物料不下滑或需清理切刀處時(shí),必須停機(jī)操作,以防造成人身傷害。
5. Under the condition of equipment running, if there is material not sliding or need to clean the cutting knife, it must stop operation to prevent personal injury.
6、設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)如有異常噪聲、氣味及振動(dòng)等情況時(shí),應(yīng)當(dāng)立即停機(jī)并通知班長(zhǎng),嚴(yán)禁擅自處理或繼續(xù)使用。
6. In case of abnormal noise, odor and vibration when the equipment is in operation, it should stop the machine immediately and notify the monitor. It is forbidden to deal with or continue to use the equipment without authorization.
7、工作完畢后,將設(shè)備及容器清洗干凈,嚴(yán)禁用水沖洗電氣部分,以防電器進(jìn)水或造成電路及液壓系統(tǒng)損壞。
7. After the work is finished, the equipment and containers are cleaned. It is forbidden to flush the electrical parts with water, in order to prevent the electric appliances from entering the water or causing damage to the circuit and hydraulic system.
8、工作結(jié)束后,將工作期間所產(chǎn)生的凍肉外包裝放置在廢品庫(kù),將其它廢棄物由車間清潔人員統(tǒng)一處理。
